  • Which Brother machines are eligible to receive the Christmas Gift Box?
    This promotion is valid for the purchase of new machines only. Eligible models are the Bellissimo CT1, SP-1, SDX2250D, Innov-is M380D, Innov-is NV1800Q, PQ1600S, Innov-is NV880E, Celeste CX1, Stellaire Innov-is XJ2 and AVENEER EV1. The Christmas Gift Box is available at participating Brother dealers only, not Spotlight, Amazon or brother.com.au.
  • Are Christmas Gift Boxes limited?
    Yes. Christmas Gift Boxes are limited and available strictly while stocks last. Gift Boxes will be allocated in the order eligible claims are received.
  • Is there a limit on Christmas Gift Boxes?
    Limit of one Christmas Gift Box per customer.
  • How do I claim my Christmas Gift Box?
    Submit your claim through the approved Christmas Gift Box claim page. You will need to provide your details and upload a photo of your receipt and your machine's serial number. Claims close 16 January 2027. Go to the claim page
  • What will Brother do with my delivery information?
    The Gift Box will be shipped to you from Impressm. By submitting your information, you permit Brother to share your information with Impressm to facilitate the delivery of your Gift Box.
  • What happens if my machine is out of stock?
    This promotion is strictly while machine stocks last. If an eligible Brother model is out of stock and you cannot complete a valid claim by 16 January 2027, you will not be eligible for a Christmas Gift Box.
