Return an Order

  • Returns Policy

    All sales made through the Website are subject to Brother Australia’s returns and exchange policy. You can return any item purchased on www.brother.com.au within 14 days of purchase as long as it’s unopened in their original condition and suitable for resale.

    Products that are opened (accessories, supplies and consumables only), modified, tampered, altered, and /or with defects caused by damage, fault, failure, or malfunction due to external causes, including accident, abuse, misuse, problems with electrical power, usage and/or storage and/or installation not in accordance with product instructions, or with defects caused by use of parts and components not supplied by Brother are not eligible for a return.

    Any shipping costs are at your expense. In addition and if applicable, Brother Australia reserves the right to reject the goods exchange or charge a restocking fee of 20% of the order amount which will be deducted from the applicable refund amount.

    If we determine that the machine is defective—or if we’re otherwise responsible—we’ll be happy to arrange a pickup at our expense.

    To arrange a return, submit an enquiry here: https://www.brother.com.au/en/support/contact . Once we’ve inspected the return, we’ll arrange for the refund amount to be credited back to your original method of payment within 7 to 14 days.

    If your machine was not purchased from brother.com.au, simply let us know and we’ll do our best to assist.
