FAQ: How to setup one-touch scanner shortcuts

Please make sure your Brother Product is connected to your home network and has internet access, if you have not setup your Wi-Fi please follow these steps first.

On the LCD touchscreen, press the Shortcuts button to access the shortcuts menu
Press + on a button to add a shortcut
Press Scan
Press to PC (File)
Select the PC
NOTE: If you have multiple PCs using the same machine, after pressing OK you will need to choose just one PC from the list.
Press Save as shortcut
In the dialog box, enter the for the shortcut you are creating and then press OK. When you are done Select One Touch Shortcut
Press OK to Save as Shortcut and complete
