How do I claim my Christmas Gift Box?

Submit your claim via the our register claims page by the16th of January 2026. You will need to complete your details and upload a photo of your receipt and your machine’s serial number to claim.
What will Brother do with my Delivery information?

The Gift Box will be shipped to you from Impressm. By submitting your information, you permit Brother to share your information with Impressm to facilitate the delivery of your Gift Box.
What happens if my machine is out of stock?

This promotion is strictly while machine stocks last. Should an eligible Brother model become out of stock and will not be received by the customer before the claim cut off date 31 December 2025, the customer is not eligible for a gift with purchase.
