With some State restrictions in place, we’re continuing to have almost all of our associates working remotely. Even though some States have eased many restrictions, it’s our way to continue to support the safety of our staff, customers and the public whilst still trying to provide the best customer support throughout Australia.
Stock availability - it is getting better, but some shortages will still happen
If you experience any inconvenience caused by limited product availability of our products in the market please let us sincerely apologise. After the huge ‘Work from Home’ demand for Brother hardware and genuine consumables, stock availability is starting to improve in some areas. Genuine consumables should now be more widely available through your reseller of choice.
