Shipping

Products purchased online from Brother Australia will only be shipped to addresses within Australia.

Orders will typically be dispatched from our warehouse on the next business day. Brother observes weekends and public holidays and as such, orders processed on these days (Saturday, Sunday, or public holidays in New South Wales) will be shipped on the following business day.

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for metro areas and 5-7 business days for regional areas. Express shipping is faster, usually delivering within 1-3 business days for metro areas and 3-5 business days for regional areas. Delivery to rural areas may take longer. ETAs will display at checkout based on the shipping service selected (standard or express).

Please note that in certain cases orders may be shipped in multiple packages and could arrive at different times.

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout prior to payment. Refer to the table below for our shipping charges.

Free standard shipping applies to Metro and Regional addresses for orders totalling $100 and over.

Express shipping is offered for an additional surcharge.

*All orders weighing over 25KG will incur a bulky surcharge.
