"It’s useful for office tasks as well as pragmatic labelling of equipment and storage – just don’t get too excited and label everything in sight!"

As soon as I took the printer out of the box I realised how compact it was and, surprisingly, not at all bulky. I didn’t have to create any room – it fitted in my work space perfectly!

Once in place, powering up the Brother PT-P750W was easy. I used the power cords supplied but I can see how useful the wireless option would be if I didn’t have accessible power.

Functionality! There’s nothing worse than turning a new printer on and then struggling to set it up and understand how it works. But this was a breeze. I admit I didn’t follow the instructions too closely, mainly because set-up was so intuitive. I only glanced at the manual a few times to double check I hadn’t missed anything. Which is good, right? I think anybody could set-up and use the Brother, it is very user friendly.

Once I’d set it up physically, I then attempted to start using it with my computer. I began to explore options around logos and labels and was surprised by how intuitive this part of the printing process was, as well.

Initially I tried printing simpler things but soon began to explore a range of options. The first thing I noticed was that the PT-P750W is fast! It made printing so simple and I could immediately use the labels, all thanks to the thermal transfer printing.

This is the speediest and most efficient label maker I’ve used. It’s funny how efficient printing can bring a smile to your face, particularly if it is one of your daily administrative work tasks.

Big tick for speed then, and for print quality which was just great. The Brother printed straight away with minimal noise – that’s always a good thing – and the autoslice meant I really I didn’t have to lift a finger.

Having an online business that travels around means I often have to pack up my office and take it with me, so I need devices that pack easily. The PT-P750W is so compact I can take it anywhere.

Of course, a long-lasting battery is essential and the Brother didn’t disappoint in this regard. I didn’t have any issues – just plug in and recharge.

I would definitely recommend this printer to other workers in the healthcare industry. It’s useful for office tasks as well as pragmatic labelling of equipment and storage – just don’t get too excited and label everything in sight!
