FAQ: I can't print since recent Windows 10 update

There has been recent Windows 10 updates that has caused issues with printing. Microsoft has advised an automatic update will be out in July to resolve this issue.
However in the meantime Microsoft have released a manual update to help resolve the issue now.

Please click on the FAQ link below and follow the steps within to download and run the correct file for your version of Windows 10.

Note: Please disregard the model displayed on the page, these steps apply to all Brother printers on Windows 10 that have encountered this issue.

Restart the computer after the update has completed and try printing again.
