How to Setup Printing Defaults and Preferences for 103x164mm Shipping Label using DK-11247 roll

Step 1. Open the Control Panel => Hardware and Sound => Devices and Printers.
Step 2. Right-click on the Brother machine and left-click on Printing preferences.
Step 3. Select the Advanced tab and then Printing Defaults
Step 4. Set the paper size to the same Media in your machine and set the quality to Give priority to print quality (It is critical that this is correct). Then click OK to apply the changes and close the window.
How to Setup Printing Defaults and Preferences for 102x152mm Shipping Label using DK-11241 roll
Step 1. Open the Control Panel => Hardware and Sound => Devices and Printers.
Step 2. Right-click on the Brother machine and left-click on Printing preferences.
Step 3. Select the Advanced tab and then Printing Defaults.
Step 4. Set the paper size to the same media in your machine (It is critical that this is correct). Then click OK to apply the changes and close the window.
Step 5: Open the Australia Post shipping label PDF file in Adobe Acrobat. Select File and then Print.
Step 6: Within the print window that opens, then select your Brother label printer model, set Page Sizing & Handling to Fit and set Orientation to Auto. Then press Print.
