A Dime a Dozen: Brother takes home PCMag Business Choice Award for its eighth year, and the Reader’s Choice Award for its twelfth year running

Brother’s range of printers have received the Highest Overall Satisfaction Ratings in the “most important categories”

Sydney, Australia – 9th September 2020: It’s no secret that Brother prides itself on its customer service offerings, with its ‘at your side’ mantra shaping all aspects of the business. It therefore comes with great delight to continue being acknowledged as the best of the best in this field, by taking home the prestigious PC Mag Reader’s Choice Award for the 12th year running. This was received alongside their 8th consecutive PC Mag Business Choice award, for printers that “really shine against some incredibly strong competition”, as the Features Editor of PC Mag stated.

With scores up from last year’s results, the numbers for Brother’s latest win have come in exceptionally high across both categories, in areas such as ease of setup, reliability, repairs, document and quality, technical support, copier functions and the likelihood to recommend.

The PCMag Business Choice and Readers’ Choice winners are determined by an email survey of PCMag community members that subscribe to the Readers' Choice Survey mailing list. Respondents were asked to rate their printer using multiple questions about their overall satisfaction with the solution, as well as experiences with technical support within the past 12 months.
