Return Policy

This page contains information on Brother Australia's returns process.

All sales made through www.brother.com.au are subject to Brother Australia’s returns policy and our terms of sale

Our policies are provided in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

 

Change of Mind Returns

You can return any item purchased on www.brother.com.au within 14 days of purchase as long as it’s unopened in original condition and suitable for resale.

For eligible returns, we will provide you with a return label and you will need to drop off the item at your nearest Parcelpoint location. Returns due to a change of mind are subject to shipping charges being deducted from the refund amount. The shipping charges will be communicated to you prior to receiving the label.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, if eligible we’ll arrange for the refund amount to be credited back to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Brother Australia reserves the right to reject the goods returned, charge shipping fees, and/or charge a restocking fee of 20% of the order amount which will be deducted from the applicable refund amount if the returned item is found to not be eligible for a return upon assessment.

 

Product Issues

In the unfortunate event that you receive a product with an issue, please contact us and select “I’d like help with my Brother order” within 14 days of purchase for assistance.

Product issues are subject to our Standard Warranty Terms.

For eligible returns, we will provide you with a return label and you will need to drop off the item at your nearest Parcelpoint location. Once we’ve inspected the return, if we determine that the item is defective, or if we’re otherwise responsible, we’ll arrange for the refund amount to be credited back to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
