What information is contained in the Brother FAQ section?
This section addresses questions relating to Brother products and accessories. The bulk of this information is already contained in the Product Brochure, Quick Setup Guide, Owner's Manual, On-Screen Help or the software's Read-Me file. The FAQ's have been developed based on enquiries received by the Product Support Centre.
How does it work?
It's simple - choose your product category, select you model and browse the questions. If you don't find what you're looking for, click on the link to the international Brother website which has even more information.

If the product you are searching for does not appear in the drop down menus, we would suggest you check our International Site for FAQs relating to your product by clicking on the link below.
