All Brother Products come with a User's Guide and a Quick Set-Up Guide.

How is the User's Guide provided ?
This can be provided as a paper-based document, and/or as a PDF file on a CD.

What happens if I lose or damage my User's Guide ?
If you lose or damage your User's Guide you can usually obtain a replacement from Brother. For most models, you can download the User's Guide from our website or our solutions website.

How do I download the User's Guide from the Brother Website ?
Please use User's Guide Search panel below to locate your User's Guide on the Brother Website.

Simply select your product type and model to access the download page. Most of the User's Guides are stored on the International Brother Website. We store some older models on our local website.

What if the User's Guide for my product is not on the Brother Website ?
If your model does not have a User's Guide that is downloadable then you may need to purchase the User's Guide from your nearest Brother Dealer. Try our Support Centre first as we may be able to assist you in the first instance.

What if my model does not appear on the list?
