1. Before contacting Brother Product Support Centre We would suggest that you familarise yourself with the resources on this website as they will provide the answers to most of the questions you may have about our products.

Please note: We find that in over 95% of cases the information our customers seek is contained within your User Guides, from this Website's FAQ Section or via our International Solutions Website
By providing this information on our website we are able to provide solutions to most of your enquiries 24 hours a day-7 days a week.

If you have been unable to obtain the information you are seeking from our Website or from your User Manual or from our International Solutions Website then we suggest you contact us at the Brother Product Support Centre. We may be able to assist you with your enquiry or direct you to the appropriate area.

3. What areas can the Brother Product Support Centre Help ? The Product Support Centre has been set up to handle telephone enquiries from customers who are experiencing problems in the following areas:

* Intial Set-Up and Operation of the Product
* Faults or Error Messages
* Authorised Service Centre Information

The Product Support Centre does not provide training on the operation of your product. For this information please refer to your User's Manual. This document should provide all information required to obtain the maximum benefit from your product.

4. Procedure for Telephone Enquiries to Brother Product Support
* If you call 02 8875 6000, you will go directly into the Automated System and be on the Queue for the next available Product Support Team Member. * If you call 02 9887 4344 you will contact Reception. Simply ask the Receptionist for the Product Support Centre and you will be put through to the Automated System
* The Automated System will ask you to select an option, (using your telephone keypad) from one of the following :

1 for Multi-Function Centres
2 for Facsimile Machines
3 for Printers
4 for All Other Brother Products

Please Note: If you do not select an option (or do not have the ability to choose an option using your telephone keypad) you will be directed to option “4” automatically by the system. If you have to wait in the Queue, you have the option to leave a message, send an email or a fax. We will make every effort to make contact with you as soon as possible.

5. Hours of Operation
The Brother Product Support Centre is currently open Monday to Friday, from 8.30am to 5.00pm (EST/EDST).
Please Note: We are not open on Weekends or during any NSW or National Public Holidays.
