Fax forwarding and broadcasting features to reduce communication expenses.

Conventionally, long-distance fax transmissions to ten different destinations requires payment of transmission fees covering the ten destinations. But by combining the faxing and broadcasting functions, you can have the same ten fax transmissions charged as one long-distance fax transmission with the remaining nine transmissions charged at short-distance transmission rates.

Internet Fax eliminates faxing expenses.

With the Brother Colour Laser Series, faxes are transmitted via the Internet. Sending faxes with the Brother Colour Laser Series does not require the use of a telephone line, so you will no longer receive bills for faxes transmitted in this manner.

Auto two-sided printing and layout printing to save paper.

Unlike using one sheet of paper for one page, auto two-sided printing helps reduce paper consumption. Reduced-size layout can further promote savings of consumables.

PC-FAX saves paper

Documents and images stored in a PC can be faxed directly without the need for printing. No printing means no paper use.

The unit enters an energy-saving Sleep mode after being inactive for a certain period of time.

Brother machines come equipped with a function that allows entry of a time period after which the Sleep mode will be activated. This function complies with the standards of the International Energy Star Program.
