Security IP Filter

The IP Filter effectively assures that data is confidential and eliminates possible extra costs due to prohibited printing by granting printing permission to specified PCs on the network or by rejecting printing requests from pre-specified PCs.

SSL encryption for print data

Print data may be at risk of being illegally accessed while it travels from a PC to a printer. In order to protect important data from hacking, SSL encryption is enabled for print data.

Web Based Management

You can easily maintain your printer via a Web browser.
Printer setting can be done via WBM such as; System Set up, FAX settings, Copy settings, Network Configuration.

With this function, you can not only monitor devices on the internal company LAN, but you can also monitor networked remote devices to check settings and statuses. It helps reduce labor costs and the workload of IT administrators while improving productivity.

Driver Deployment Wizard

With this Wizard, you can create an original driver that suits the operating environment, and develop a quick installer for one-click installation. The driver can be readily updated via e-mail.
Users can install the driver easily. You don't have to install the driver for each PC.

LDAP

Previously, address addition/deletion/modification were added by manual operation one machine at a time. LDAP function directly access to E-mall address server and maintains the latest address information without troublesome inputs.

Features supporting the SMTP authentication function

When using Scan to Email Saver, prohibited e-mail message transmission can be blocked through the authentication function based on the account name and password.
