Brother co-sponsors Relationships Australia Photographic Competition

Relationships Australia celebrates their 60th anniversary this year, and has begun a search to find images and words that illustrate the importance of relationships to readers of The Weekend Australian Magazine. Readers are invited to send a photograph taken that captures an aspect of relationships. For some, the photograph will record a moment of connection within a family; for others, it will capture loss or sadness; for another, camaraderie with colleagues or team-mates, or an observation of a relationship from a distance. The best photos will go on The Weekend Australian Magazine's website and the top 12 for reproduction in the magazine in July.

Relationships Australia also plans to publish selected photos in a commemorative book next year. From its early days as the Marriage Guidance Council, assisting families after the devastation of World War II, Relationships Australia has been helping Australians improve their wellbeing by building better relationships. It has diversified - hence the change of name to Relationships Australia in 1994.
