Brother Solutions Centre - Service & Support Website – Find the Web Page for your product and locate the FAQs, Troubleshooting Tips & Solutions. This information is detailed, is maintained and updated regularly by our Head Office in Japan.
Product Support Centre – If the User's Guide, your CD which came with the product, or our websites do not provide the information you are seeking then Brother has a National Product Support Centre which may be able to assist you. Our Product Support Centre, located in Sydney, is available to assist you with any technical or customer care/support enquiry about your Brother Product.
* PLEASE NOTE *: Our Product Support Centre has been set up to handle telephone/email enquiries from customers who are experiencing problems in the following areas:
1. Initial Set-Up and Operation of the Brother Product; 2. Technical Support; 3. Faults or Error Messages.
The Product Support Centre does not provide training on the operation of your Brother Product. To obtain the benefits from your product we ask you to refer to your Complete User Manual which came on the CD with the product at the time of purchase. Material Safety Data Sheets - A Material Safety Data Sheet is a document developed by a Manufacturer, detailing the chemical compounds that are used in the consumables of a product.
